WHAT MAN SAYS	WHAT GOD SAYS
I do not believe I am lost	Luke 19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
I believe doing right is the way to heaven	Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
I am doing the best I can. What more can God expect?	Acts 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. John 6:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
My good works, my gifts to the church, my kindness to the poor, will reconcile me to God.	Romans 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
There are others worse than I am	Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God
I was born into a Christian family	John 3:7 ….ye must be born again
I have a noble nature	Ephesians 2:3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
I think God will pass by such sins as I may have committed	Romans 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
My sins are small – lies, white lies, etc.	Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness
I am willing to chance it	Hebrews 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation…..

What fearful folly to dream that God will treat you, the sinner differently from Christ, the Sin-Bearer; God must judge sin, and He has judged it, at the cross! Go into bankruptcy at once, as a lost sinner, and rely on the shed blood of the only Redeemer! God cannot lie! He has said: “To him that worketh not; but believeith on Him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness” (Romans 4:5)
