“Heaven”

Introduction

This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite subjects to talk about.  Heaven is the eternal reward for all who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Personal Savior.  Please keep in mind that the true beauty of Heaven is far beyond anything I (or anyone else) could picture or describe to you.  However, I will try to give you an idea about what it will be like based on what Scripture tells us.

I.                    Basic facts about Heaven

a.      It is created by God. (Genesis 1:1)

                                                               i.      Not only is it created by God, but it’s created with each and every individual Christian in mind! (John 14:2) (II Corinthians 5:1)

b.      As wonderful as it is, God Himself is still much larger and greater. (II Chronicles 6:18)

c.      Heaven gives testimony to the glory of God. (Psalm 19:1)

Conclusion

What an awesome place this truly will be!  I only wish that I could describe it to its fullest extent.  This is the reward that is waiting for all who put their trust in Christ.  Doesn’t this just make you want to share the Gospel with even more people?
