Youth Pastor
Pastor Chad Hayes became CRBC's youth pastor in March of 2003.
Brother Chad was born in Shelby, NC, and was saved at the age of five.
He surrendered to full-time ministry during his senior year of high
school and enrolled in Tennessee Temple University. After
graduating from there, the Lord led him to Florida where he served for
three years as a youth pastor and Christian school teacher. Now
the Lord has led him here to be the assistant pastor of CRBC.
Brother Chad and his wife, Jenni, have been married since 1999 and
have an infant daughter named Cassidy.
They both love working with the teens here at CRBC..
