VeBS 2009: "The Ultimate Adventure With Jesus"

Dates: Monday-Friday, July 6-10, 2009

Time: 9:00 A.M.-11:30 A.M. each day

For registration, there are 3 options:

1. Pick up a registration form at church, fill it out, and return it.

2. Click Here to print out a registration form (in .PDF format), fill it out, and either mail it to the 
    church or bring it to the church office.

3. Click on the above link to see the form.  Then Click Here to send us an e-mail that includes all 
    of the information asked for on the registration form.  We will take the information you provide 
    and use it to fill out a paper form.

Please note that a separate registration form must be filled out for each child attending the VeBS.
